Position Purpose
Seeking full-time safety professional to oversee field safety requirements on company projects. Minimum of five years experience. Must have experience in the field of safety in industrial plants. Applicant must have practical understanding of OSHA laws and preferably have ASP certification, and have experience in root cause analysis. Applicant will be required to relocate to the Borger, Texas area.

Position Purpose
Under the direction of a Supervisor, the Welder is responsible to provide welding on heavy industrial construction & maintenance projects, pressure vessel manufacturing, and/or custom fabrication work to specified standards. This position consists of multiple tasks to complete assignments under budget and to the Company’s time, budget, safety, quality, and customer service standards. This position is also responsible for meeting the daily productivity objectives, preventive equipment maintenance, safe work practices, and proper care, security, and tag-out all assigned tools, equipment, materials, and supplies.
Position Qualifications
Age: 18 years of age.
Education Requirements: High School Graduate, GED or working towards GED.
Experience: At least one-(1) year apprenticeship training.
Preferred Education / Experience: Completion of 144 hours of classroom instruction and 2,000 hours of apprenticeship field training. WPQ certified for shop & field operations, along with equipment maintenance and required safety training. Willingness to work with and train Helpers.
Licenses/Certificates: Valid Driver’s License.

Position Purpose
This position is responsible for safely hauling heavy equipment, tools & supplies to & from job locations as instructed by the Equipment Manager to support field operations.
Position Qualifications
Age: 21 years of age.
Education Requirements: High School Graduate or working towards GED.
Experience Requirement: CDL driving / OJT training; safety training; knowledge of defensive driving and unique truck maneuvers; ability to perform routine maintenance, periodic inspections, and preventive maintenance; formal forklift and other heavy equipment operations training.
Preferred: Driving School Graduate, and previous experience in a similar work environment preferred.
Licenses/Certificates: Valid Class “A” CDL Driver’s License. Forklift and Other Conner Industries Heavy Equipment Certified. Corrected 20/20 Vision. Required Safety / PPE Training and Current Health Card.

Position Purpose
Under the direction of a Supervisor, this position is responsible to provide manual labor assistance on heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects.
Position Qualifications
Age: 18 years of age.
Education Requirements: High School Graduate, GED or working towards GED.
Experience: Between two-(2) and five-(5) years of previous heavy construction / maintenance experience, as a hand or top hand, along with required safety training, forklift and man lift equipment certifications, a willingness to take on more responsibility and management / leadership qualities.
Preferred: More than three-(3) years of industrial construction / maintenance experience, along with required safety training, forklift and man lift equipment certifications, and a willingness to take on more responsibility and management / leadership qualities.
Licenses/Certificates: Valid Driver’s License. Required safety, skills, equipment, and customer service training.
