​In the wake of the devastating fires in New Mexico during 2022, the town of Las Vegas was left with unstable mountain sides and fire debris entering the river that supplies the town water.  The Army Corps of Engineers designed and we constructed remediation measures to alleviate these issues.

Some of these measures included, the installation of gabion baskets in the river and on mountain sides prone to erosion, the removal of burnt and felled trees, and the demolition and clearing of affected houses and land.
